This Privacy Policy explains how ConvertedCRM LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the DialD mobile app ("the App"). Contact: support@diald.fit.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and authentication credentials (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase). Passwords are stored hashed by the provider; we do not see them.
- Profile & fitness data you provide — height, weight, age, sex, goals, training experience, injuries, preferences.
- Logged data — workouts and sets, food/nutrition entries, body metrics (weight, waist, sleep, energy), and notes.
- Progress photos — only if you choose to add them. Stored in a private, per-user storage bucket and shown to you via short-lived links.
- Coaching conversations — messages you exchange with the in-app AI coach.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To provide the App's features: generate and adjust your plan, log and display your data, power the AI coach, and show your progress.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
AI processing
To provide coaching and plan generation, the content of your coaching conversations and a summary of your logged progress are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, the Claude API) to generate responses. Food search/barcode lookups query third-party food databases (USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts). Progress photos are only sent for AI review if you explicitly request it.
Where your data lives & who can access it
- Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres database + storage) and protected by per-user access rules so that you can only access your own records.
- Service providers (Supabase, Anthropic) process data on our behalf under their terms.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete individual entries in the App. To delete your account and associated data, contact support@diald.fit and we will delete it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@diald.fit to exercise them.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
