This Privacy Policy explains how ConvertedCRM LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the DialD mobile app ("the App"). Contact: support@diald.fit.

Information we collect

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

AI processing

To provide coaching and plan generation, the content of your coaching conversations and a summary of your logged progress are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, the Claude API) to generate responses. Food search/barcode lookups query third-party food databases (USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts). Progress photos are only sent for AI review if you explicitly request it.

Where your data lives & who can access it

Data retention & deletion

You can delete individual entries in the App. To delete your account and associated data, contact support@diald.fit and we will delete it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@diald.fit to exercise them.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
