Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DialD app ("the App") provided by ConvertedCRM LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Health & AI Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for activity under it.

2. Not medical advice

The App provides general fitness/nutrition information and AI-generated coaching for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. See the Health & AI Disclaimer. You use the App at your own risk and assume the risks of physical exercise.

3. AI-generated content

Plans, targets, food data, and coaching are generated by automated systems and third-party data sources and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Verify important information and use your judgment.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store (and/or Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices and included features may change with notice. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store's policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access others' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no automated abuse of the AI or other features.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the App for you (including sending relevant content to our AI/data providers as described in the Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertedCRM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries or outcomes arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
